Notice of Meeting to Consider Rate Increase
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Lake Creek Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s water rates effective May 15, 2026, at an open public meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the offices of Marchetti & Weaver LLC, 28 2nd St, Unit 213, Edwards, Eagle County, Colorado, with an option to attend via electronic Zoom meeting, join information below.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District’s accounting company, Marchetti & Weaver by email to bethj@mwcpaa.com.
